RETURN POLICY

We truly hope you are thrilled with your Madison Paul product!! However, you do have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return for STORE CREDIT.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as products lost or damaged in the mail before they reach Madison Paul.

Prior to shipping your return to Madison Paul, please contact our customer care team by emailing: MadisonPaulCollection@gmail.com. Please indicate your full contact details, your order number and reason for return. Ship your return to:

Additionally, if the return request is approved, please make sure your items are returned new, in its original package, unused and with all labels and tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back.

Please allow up to 7 business days after your item is returned to receive your credit note. We are unable to process exchanges at this time due to limited inventory of bringing in new product routinely!

All items on sale or that fall outside of the return date are ineligible for return. Madison Paul reserves the right to decline returns that have been worn or damaged. 

Orders placed during online sales/promotions are final- no returns or exchanges are accepted.
